Qilimanjaro is a platform that creating an ecosystem of a decentralized quantum computation to every company and individual without any need of quantum computers. Qilimanjaro is developing an Open QL, an open source language which will be able to work on any online quantum platform and building a great community of quantum programmers. Qilimanjaro is working on the nature and behaviour of quantum theory based on atomic and subatomic levels.

Qilimanjaro is structured in four parts. They are –

- Qilimanjaro Computing Service(QCS) – The aim of QCS is to build Quantum Computers which works on bits and qubits and providing access to everyone as a user-friendly cloud service platform. Quantum Computing will allow companies and individuals to explore the quantum computation platform at lower price.
- Qilimanjaro Software Services(QSS) – The aim of QSS is to build an operating system which will assist individuals and companies to modify their problems to quantum algorithms which will run on their Qilimanjaro Quantum Computer to provide service to their customers. They are also providing the services of running and analyzing experiments on their Quantum Computer.
- Open QL – Open Q is an open source decentralized network. It is an algorithm platform where implementation and discussion regarding problem-solution will be handled by scientists or algorithm developers and providing them to research their own algorithms. It is a central source between the scientific community and developers, where both get rewards for their work.
- Qilimanjaro Qibo Platform – It is a platform for programmers where they are performing a programming interface in a metalanguage which will run on their quantum computers. This programming language platform is making largest community of programmers who are interested in quantum programming. By making quantum programming ecosystem, they are making efforts to promoting their reward tokens named as QBIT.
The Team
José Ignacio LATORRE – CEO – He was a founder of the Centro de Ciencias de Benasque Pedro Pascual. He produced two documentaries, one of them on the last living scientist of the Manhattan Project. He worked as a consultant on Artificial Intelligence for the private sector. He has written over 100 papers on Particle Physics and Quantum Information and has directed 12 PhD thesis.

Pol FORN-DÍAZ – Head of Q Computing Service – He has a background in superconducting quantum devices for quantum information applications and quantum optics. He obtained his PhD from TU Delft in 2010, with a study of superconducting flux qubits and the limits of the interaction strength to a superconducting resonator.
Artur GARCÍA-SÁEZ – Head of Q Software Services – He is the head of the QUANTIC algorithm team. He is currently working at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center on optimization problems and Machine Learning applications.

There are 8 core team members who are PhD holders and experiences in computing and software services and technology software backgrounds with ICO and financial knowledge. There are other 3 Advisors who are holding a position of Managing Director, Senior Director, CCO at Quantum World Association and Qubit Protocol. The team are having excellent education background and experiences.
